A very pleasant visit to the popular attractions at Hocking Hills, Ohio, near Logan. Several members of the MCC Photoclub explored 5 or 6 different locations. The day was perfect, coming just after a rain, so there was ample water and very few people – just enough for scale. Most of the waterfalls and caves are in fairly deep gorges, so the paths, while well maintained are steep a times. The tree cover is very dense, so light levels are low and a tripod is essential. We visited Rock House, Old Man’s cave, Cedar Falls, Logan Lake, Ash Cave and Natural Bridge.
